Majna Dukic began her career in the public sector in 2016 with the City of Rancho Mirage as an Assistant Planner. She then served as an Associate Planner, Senior Planner and Planning Manager before being named the Director of Development Services in April of 2022. She has her bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of California, San Diego and her master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Los Angeles.
