Memorandum of Understanding
The City of Rancho Mirage has a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Rancho Mirage Employees’ Association (RMEA), which addresses subjects such as wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment of City employees, and all other subjects within the scope of bargaining under the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (Government Code Section 3500, et seq.). The current MOU took effect January 1, 2022, and shall remain in effect through and including December 31, 2024.
