The City offers competitive salaries and all new employees are subject to a one (1) year probationary period.
Merit increases are based on the successful results of a performance evaluation. The City’s current salary schedule and correspondence step increases is as follows:
- Step A to B = 5%
- Step B to C = 5%
- Step C to D = 2.5%
- Step D to E = 2.5%
- Step E to F = 2.5%
- Step F to G = 2.5%
