0251 hours – Lewd Acts in Public Place, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia.  Deputies responded to the “Rebecca Apartments” located at 34155 Rebecca Way in Rancho Mirage reference a Black Male adult masturbating near the playground area. The deputies contacted, Tionate Lucas, 26 and Anthony Manning, 26 both from Palm Springs. Both were found to be watching pornography on their cell phones, with their genitals exposed, in possession of Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia, while on the playground.  Both subjects were booked into the Indio Jail for the above listed charges. 1908 hours – Warrant Arrest: Rancho Mirage Deputies responded to a Suspect Information call at 34090 Rebecca Ave, #61.  They located and arrested Casey Negron, 20 of Cathedral City, for an outstanding felony warrant for 664-211PC. File # S192180043.

0428 hours – Assault with a Deadly Weapon: Deputies responded to Villa Mirage Apartments located in the 34-100 block of Rebecca Way, Rancho Mirage regarding a subject shot with a non-life-threatening injury.  Deputies located the victim who was transported to a local hospital.  Deputies checked the area and were unable to locate the suspect. The suspect fled the area in an unknown type of vehicle. Forensics was notified and responded.  File # S192220007.
